How Much Does It Cost?
- Assessment and intervention services are $125/hour. Upon payment you will be issued a receipt. Many of our families maintain this receipt for tax purposes and/or for reimbursement through their extended benefits plan. Price is subject to change.
What does Assessment Look Like?
- Our OTs will ask you and your child a variety of questions based on their age and development. They will take some time to build rapport with you and your child, and incorporate a combination of play based and/or standardized assessments. The assessment will be largely centered around your answers to the initial intake form.
